Welcome to Ms. Creation. By accessing our website and purchasing our handcrafted products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

​1. Our Products

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These products are pre-made and ready for dispatch. Due to the handmade nature of our work, the item you receive may have slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions compared to the product photographs. These variations are a testament to the artisan quality and make each piece unique.
  • ​Custom Orders: We welcome custom commissions. These items are made to order based on your specific requirements. Production time for custom pieces depends on the complexity of the design and our current workload, and will be confirmed with you in writing before we begin.

​2. Design Transparency & Intellectual​ Property

  • ​Design Attribution: Ms. Creation is committed to ethical crafting. Our product designs may include:
  • ​Original Designs: Patterns created entirely by Ms. Creation.
  • ​Licensed/Shared Designs: Items created using patterns from other designers who have provided written permission or have made their patterns available for personal and commercial use.
  • ​Handcrafted Integrity: While the design patterns may belong to their respective creators, every physical item sold is handcrafted by Ms. Creation.
  • ​Content Rights: All photographs, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of Ms. Creation and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

​3. Payment

  • ​Ready-to-Ship: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • ​Custom Orders: A [e.g., 50%] non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot and cover material costs. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of your order.

​4. Shipping and Delivery

  • ​All orders are dispatched from our studio in the Mumbai/Thane region.
  • ​Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by local traffic, courier logistics, or seasonal conditions.

​5. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items

  • ​Final Sale Policy: Due to the artisanal and delicate nature of our handcrafted crochet products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change-of-mind, color preferences, or size discrepancies. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions and photographs provided on our website before finalizing your purchase.
  • ​Damaged Items: We take great care in inspecting and packaging every item before it leaves our studio. In the event that you receive a damaged product, Ms. Creation will provide you with a replacement or a refund, subject to the following mandatory verification process.
  • ​Mandatory Video Proof: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the package being opened. This video must start from the moment the sealed package is first touched, showing the label clearly, and continue without any cuts, pauses, or edits until the product is fully removed and inspected.
  • ​Reporting Damage: You must notify us of any damage via email at [Insert Email Address] within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the video file (or a link to the video) and your Order Number.
  • ​Resolution: Upon receipt and review of the video, we will assess the claim. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred prior to or during transit, we will, at our sole discretion, either ship a new product or issue a full refund. We are unable to process any claims for damaged items if the mandatory unedited video is not provided or if the report is made after the 24-hour window.

​6. Product Care

  • ​To ensure the longevity of your handmade items, please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase (e.g., gentle hand washing or spot cleaning). Ms. Creation is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.

​7. Limitation of Liability

  • ​Ms. Creation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
