Refund Policy for Ms. Creation
At Ms. Creation, each item is handcrafted with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Handmade Nature: Please note that because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the unique charm of a handmade item. 
Returns & Refunds: Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, you must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the package being opened. This video must start from the moment the sealed package is first touched, showing the label clearly, and continue without any cuts, pauses, or edits until the product is fully removed and inspected. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.  We will review your case and provide a fair resolution, such as a replacement or a store credit, at our discretion. Quality Assurance: We inspect all items carefully before they leave our studio to ensure they meet our quality standards.
